realize that you expect security in your personal and financial
affairs. We understand the need to safeguard sensitive information
about you that you have entrusted to us. We are committed to
maintaining standards and procedures designed to safeguard this
information.
- Collection of Personal Information. We collect and retain
information from and about you in order to understand your financial

- Applications or other forms received from you;

- Consumer reporting agencies.
We use information to provide you with financial products, manage and
protect your accounts and records, comply with certain laws and
regulations, and to improve our service to you. We may disclose all of
the information we collect, as described above, to companies that
perform marketing services on our behalf. If you decide to close your
account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy
policies and practices as described in this notice.
- Maintaining Accurate Information. At Jonah Bank, we strive to
uphold the most accurate and up-to-date customer records possible.

order to offer you products and services. Our employees are trained to
understand the importance of customer financial privacy and to properly
handle confidential information. Physical, electronic, and procedural
privacy safeguards in all banking areas are maintained to comply with
federal and state regulations.
-
Security Procedures to Protect Information. Security systems,
internal controls, and banking procedures are set to ensure that there
is no unauthorized access to private information about you. Nonpublic
